What I Do
I am a registered therapist (MBACP) and a qualified teacher (B.Ed. Hons), using face-to-face and online therapy to help people raise self-awareness, enhance wellbeing, and build stronger connections in their relationships. I support clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and relationships to achieve meaningful change rather than quick fixes.
Testimony :
‘Adam worked in a way and a speed that suited my ADHD’, LW, London
‘Can’t thank you enough for sticking with me. Not sure where I was heading with all this anxiety during the past six months but you pulled it all together and made sense of it.’ ST, Malmesbury
‘I emailed all the problems I thought I needed help with. After a few weeks working with Adam I realised a few things about myself that seem obvious now. I was able to feel more in control of my life.’ GB Tetbury
‘We only had a few sessions but if I’d known therapy would help I’d have started years ago!! Thanks for all the practical steps.’ JW, Malmesbury
To me, change is about exploring and discovering who you truly are - part by part - with intention, rather than trying to shape yourself an idealised version for someone else.
Everyone comes to therapy for their own reasons, and its benefits can support a wide range of mental health challenges and personal growth.
